Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups canned mushrooms finely chopped


  • 1 tsp garlic finely chopped


  • 2 tbsp cream cheese


  • 2 cups cooking cream


  • 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


  • 1 pinch oregano


  • 7 nos basil leaves finely chopped


  • 2 tsp salt as needed


  • 3 tsp pepper


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 3 nos stuffing:chicken breast


  • 1 cups spinach


  • 1/2 cups carrot chopped finely


  • 1/2 cups capsicum chopped finely


  • 1/2 cups onion chopped


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1 pinch oregano


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp pepper


  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs


  • 1/2 cups cheese shredded

Directions

  • Step 1 :Heat olive oil.
  • Add garlic and mushrooms
  • Stir for a minute.
  • Add cream and boil.
  • Add both the cheeses,spices and basil leaves.
  • Stir occasionally until the sauce becomes thick.
  • Set aside.
  • Step 2 : Mix all mentioned under step 2 ingredients. Open cut the chicken breast.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
  • Flatten it.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Put the stuffing in the middle.
  • Roll the chicken.
  • Seal the end with toothpick.
  • Grill 30 minutes.
  • Remove the toothpick and serve with sauce.
